1. Introduction

At FurevverHome India, we strive to offer our supporters and contributors a transparent and fair process when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Whether you're cancelling a service, sponsorship, adoption booking, or any related activity, this policy outlines the circumstances and procedures under which cancellations are accepted and refunds may be issued.

2. Cancellation of Services or Sponsorships

If you’ve signed up for a specific service (e.g., sponsorship of a dog, volunteer program, or event participation) and wish to cancel, please review the terms below:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service or event to be eligible for a refund, unless stated otherwise.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact us via email or phone with your booking or sponsorship details to request a cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility for Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations will be processed under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds:

  • Cancellations made within the defined notice period.
  • Duplicate bookings or payments made in error.
  • Service unavailability or failure from FurevverHome India’s side.

Non-Eligible Refunds:

  • Cancellations made after the service has been rendered or started.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours before the event).
  • No-shows for scheduled events or appointments.
  • Customized services or one-time sponsorships, unless due to technical errors.

4. Event Registrations and Sponsorships

Contributions for event registrations, ticket purchases, or event-specific sponsorships are generally non-refundable. However, if an event is canceled by FurevverHome India, we will provide a refund or offer the option to donate the registration fee to our general fund to support our ongoing programs.

  • Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will be transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events unless there are exceptional circumstances.

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

If you suspect an error or notice duplicate transactions on your statement, please contact us immediately. FurevverHome India will investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund for incorrect or duplicate charges within 10–15 business days.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please reach out to us with the following information:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Donation or payment date and amount
  • Method of donation/payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Reason for the refund request

Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Refunds may be subject to transaction fees incurred by FurevverHome India.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

FurevverHome India reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on our website. Donors and supporters are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
